There’s no better way to celebrate the final days of summer than with a little creativity, connection, and a whole lot of color!
Our West Hempstead campus recently hosted its Color Palooza Festival, giving students and teammates the opportunity to step outside, have fun, and enjoy time together before the start of a new school year.
From tie-dye and colorful activities to bubbles, music, and plenty of smiles, the day was filled with moments that brought our school community together.
At Gersh Autism Academy, experiences beyond the classroom are an important part of the student journey. They create opportunities to build friendships, encourage self-expression, strengthen confidence, and give our students meaningful ways to connect with those around them.
As summer comes to a close, we’re grateful for moments like these, and excited for all the learning, growth, connection, and new memories the school year ahead will bring.
